ConviTec screening machines CKS and CLS are used to separate coarse and fine materials in the different industries and designed for your specific applications. The model series includes circular and linear vibrating screens. For circular vibrating screens unbalance motors or two exciter cells are installed as vibration drive and for linear vibrating screens also unbalance motors or directed exciters or four exciter cells. All common screen bottoms such as wire, perforated sheet metal, rubber or polyurethane are used for screening bulk materials.
The model series of screening machines varies between 800 and 2,800 mm machine width and between 4,500 and 9,000 mm in length. Multi-layer designs are available. Highly elastic compression springs are used for vibration-isolated installation. Isolating vibratory frames can be used for the reduction of dynamic foundation loads. Consequently, an isolation degree of 95 % is achieved.
