ConviTec Eccentric conveyors CSF are used to transport unit loads and bulk materials such as e.g. sand or casting. Eccentric conveyors are also used as sorting feeder. The eccentric conveyor is designed and structured as a two-mass system with replaceable wear-resistant troughs. Special fixing elements for equalizing temperature expansions connect the conveyor trough with the longitudinal frame at high temperatures of the transported material.
The drive unit of the eccentric conveyors consists of a three-phase motor, belt drive and slider-crank mechanism.
The arising forces are reduced by a vibration-absorbing frame in order to minimize the foundation loads.
The type of eccentric conveyors as two-mass system is especially appropriate for your use with manipulators. Mechanical forces of the working manipulator additionally arising on the conveyor trough are absorbed and isolated by the highly elastic support by means of compression springs.
